These terms apply to the daylnk.com waitlist landing page. They're short on purpose — the real Terms of Service for the daylnk app will come later, when the app launches.

What this site is

daylnk.com is a marketing landing page for an upcoming productivity app, also called daylnk. The only thing you can do here is read about the app and join the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist

By submitting the signup form, you confirm that:

• The email address you entered is yours, or you have permission to use it.
• You're at least 16 years old (the GDPR age of consent in Hungary).
• You agree to receive emails about daylnk's launch and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing signup@daylnk.com.

No guarantees about the app

daylnk is in development. Features described on this page are planned, not promised. We may change, delay, or drop any feature, and we may decide not to launch the app at all. Joining the waitlist does not give you a right to early access, a discount, or any specific feature.

Intellectual property

The daylnk name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by us. You may share links to the site freely, but please don't copy the site to your own domain or use the daylnk name for your own products.

Liability

This site is provided "as is". We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or zero spam. We're not liable for losses caused by using or relying on this site, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes that can't be resolved by email go to the competent courts of Hungary.
